UPDATED CLASS SCHEDULE DATES AS OF 6/4/2010

WHEN:  Evening Class:  6:30 PM - 8:30 PM   Tuesday, June 29, July 6, 13, 20,  and August 3, 10th                                                                                                                                                                                           TAUGHT BY:  Kristie Reagle-Falkenhagen  RN,BSN,BS,BA  (You may read Kristie's bio on Associate Bio's on the main menu.)

COST:   The cost is $180.00 for the following: Fibroga 1 & 2, Cookbook, Self Help Book, Speakers CD.  Class FIBROGA exercise each week.  Guest speakers in the areas of Physical Therapy,  Fibro Massage Therapy, and validation of the diesease by a Clincial Psychologist.  Lectures by instructor will include Safe Cosmetics and Skin Care, Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum's protocal and products, and diet and nutrition.  This six weeks is full of education, proper exercise therapy and getting to know others that share the same feelings that you do.  It is upbeat and fun and will get you on the path to a "healthy lifestyle".
