SUMMER CLASS SCHEDULE

Tuesday Day Class:  11:30 AM - 1:00 PM - June 3, June 10, June 17, June24, July 1, July 8

Wednesday Eve Class:  6:30 PM - 8 PM - June 4, June 11, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 23

Classes are held at St. Vincent Women's Center across from the hospital

The cost is $140.00 for the following: Fibroga 1 & 2, Cookbook, Self Help Book, Speakers CD, class FIBROGA exercise each week and a guest speaker each week in the areas of Diet and Nutrition, Fibro Chiropractic Care, Fibro Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Touch, Safe Cosmetics and Skin Care, Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum's protocal and products, and validation of the disease by a Clinical Psychologist.

This six weeks is full of education, proper exercise therapy and getting to know others that share the same feelings that you do.  It is upbeat and fun and will get you on the path to a "healthy lifestyle".
