Fibroga® 2 is a wonderful compliment to Fibroga® 1. It parallels Fibroga® 1 in that the moves are similar but the workout is done without a chair and more on the floor. The luxury of both Fibroga® 1 and Fibroga® 2 is that you work to your capacity, no pain, just pull and you do only as many of the moves that are suitable to your situation. If you can not do an exercise, just move on to the next. If you can only do 2 of 5 of any exercise, that is good. The Grove Approach works toward goals without injury. Fibroga® 2 starts with the warm ups, goes into more strength building moves and always ends with the wonderful and peaceful relaxation. This is more of a challenge and really it is good to start with Fibroga 1 and build your body back up and then do Fibroga® 2. If you have already been exercising, you may be able to accomplish the moves in Fibroga® 2. As with any exercise program, I would recommend checking with your doctor on the best program for you.
