Have you tried a naturepath ,I worked for a naturepath who specialized in FMS and CSF for 6 yrs until his passing. He helped me a lot because of MCS ,I use natural medicine without the harsh side effects of conventional meds. Sad but true most doctors will load you up with pain meds and antidepressants ,which only mask your problems and in the end create more.
