Hello! I am writing to see, If you offer any classes in Canada. I have been living with fibro for allmost 2 years now. Over those 2 years I have meet a lot of people with fibro that are looking for help like me. So far the only thing the doctors want to do is fill me up with meds, They only make me fell worse. I hae discovered that taking dairy out of my diet has done wonders for me. For almost a year I walked with a bad limp. Now a can dance again, one of my favorite thing to do. I am still not great but better, I also have spinal biffida aculta, and complete bowel malrotaion. These two things limit my flexability and movement some days.
